How Important Is Sound Sleep In Your Life

All of us sleep. But dear friends, I would like to know from your personal how important is sound sleep in your life. How seriously do you really take it? How much do you value your sleep? Whether you consider a good nights sleep a important part of your routine? And finally whether do you feel if it really helps in you staying healthy if you sleep for 6 to 8 hours. Please feel free to share your thoughts and experiences on this issue.

I prefer atleast 8hours sleep, it makes me fresh n skin looks healthy

True ideally that is what an average healthy individual would require. But many of the people are nowadays suffering from sleep related problems due to modern lifestyle which affects the deep sleep which we are supposed to usually have.[b][/b]

@KumarKrisha indeed, when we doze off while we are in our jobs, problems may arise,and accidents may happen while asleep. here in my country, there are some crimes committed even while the victim is asleep, where suspects come and shoot them off

I have seen some of my relatives dozing at the drop of a hat. While I would say for them that is a great blessing on one side it can also be a problem in today's world which we live in. Thanks for your input.[u][/u]

I usually sleep 6 hours average. But it changes if I have exams and some other work like night study etc. But the problem is I am not a deep sleeper. But for me, sleep is very important.

Nowadays children find it difficult to get a good nights sleep which should be a normal things due to these studies and exams. The study workload also increases and is too much for many of the children and they find it difficult to cope as not everyone is very intelligent to score in the exams. For a healthy 6 to 8 hours of healthy deep sleep is important. But not many seem to be having it due to the present lifestyle. Thanks for sharing information and wish you good sleep.

Sleep is very important to me. I try to sleep 7 hours but usually, I am up after 5 hours. I try to make it up taking a nap during the day.

i am not perfect because i am a student studinng 4 th class so i should wake up morning 5 30 so like this you will think she will sleep early know but i should read night also
