Ebooks or hardbound? What's your choice?

With the growing technology, we are switching to digital in almost everything. We all love reading books. If I like a book I buy that book and add it to my collection. But some say it is nice to have ebooks and read in it. But, I don't get that experience the book gives in an ebook. So, I always prefer a hardbound book rather than an ebook. So what is your choice? Share your thoughts friends :)

I prefer hardbound rather than e-book. Every day after my Saturday class, I visit a Christian Bookstore and buy a book from there.

@Hari101 I like it more because it is not hot to the eyes of snatchers unlike phones and tablets. Haha!

I prefer hardcopy to ebooks, although I do read ebooks as well. Sometimes because they're cheaper, sometimes because they are only available in that format. One thing I do like about ebooks is I can have a lot of them in the less than the room of a single paperback; useful when travelling. I would like physical editions of anything I have as an ebook, but that does depend on budget and space - I've kind of run out of shelving for my books, and places to put new shelving up!

Yeah. When it comes to saving space ebooks are preferable.

It's cool to read e-books specially when the story is so good, it's the same thing with a hardcopy. But in hardcopy I don't have the time to think about battery charging at the climax of what I am reading... So I prefer hardcopy. And e-books makes my eyes hurt.

Me too. That is one of the reason I prefer hardcopy.

I still love hard covers because i love to look at all the books i've read as they inspire me time to time. So, i've kept a separate shelf for my books as they inspire me from time to time

I like to have a book I can hold and turn the pages but I know that many like ebooks now.

Ebooks are cheaper, but I still prefer to hold a book in my hands. Until now, I feel unable to change to ebooks.

I would always prefer hardbound books too. Ebooks make my eyes tired and I get easily frustrated if I spend so much time staring a screen.
