Wish For The Best

Today I am wishing for the best. I need to get this rental house done already.
I was not going to rent it till I got new siding up but they wanted it like it is and I told them this summer the outsides would get work.
This tenants mother wants one of my lots to park her camper on cause they have to move, I don`t have a cleared lot but I let them look at the woods. But something came back to me, the mother was supposed to rent one of my houses and when I got it finished she said, no thanks she already moved, but now she tells me the same story as she did back then. I decided to let her find another place to park that camper after remembering why she did not rent when I showed her 3 houses, plus she wanted the rent to be nothing and I am already rock bottom for my area.
Soon I will go and do hard labor, filling in holes and being the plumbing helper.

Brrr, stay warm! It was in the upper 60`s here, we actually got sun burned, the wind was light.

If its Gods will I will be on a break for a while, I have a couple little things to fix Monday but its nothing to keep her from moving in.

Sounds like you have a full time job renting houses, We rented fro years when moving often for my husband's job. Happily own the house we line in now.
