Past and Future - I would like to meet up with this pioneer - a youngster, now with cool feet. First on the scene was this one, a boy or a girl, who knows which of the two? The workers, now gone for the day, and the opportunity was there for the taking. Was it to be the left foot, the right foot, or maybe both feet? Well, it was the both of those two feet - the left one and the right one. Once the relationship was made 'twixt feet and pathway, it hardened so as to last through future times and travels. Many feet were to follow, and so they did. Feet and pathways are made to co-exist. Image: Past and Future - Gus Kilthau

Where are these footprints? In the photo, they almost look raised, but I'm guessing some child stepped in wet concrete poured for a sidewalk.

Roman tiles were left outdoors to dry before being put in the pottery kiln, and it is not rare to find on them prints of shoes or of animals. Nice picture

@topffer - Howdy "Digger" - Hey, I would believe that it ticked off the Roman emperor beyond belief to find out that the tiles were being graffitied that way. Sure enough, those feet in the cement could not stick to the child, but the wash-up after stepping in the cement must have been fun and games. -Gus-
