Managers standing around

Today I worked 12 to 4, and stuck on cash the entire time. There was 3 managers on and none of them did anything. They literally ignored the lines, and I need the register key to open or overirde certain things. They kept ignoring me when I asked.
They get paid more and literally stood in the middle of the store talking while I had 10 people at cash.

So sorry to hear about this. Some people just want to get paid without working for it.

@ricki_911 true.
They think because they are managers they are above some tasks meant for workers.

I agree! The head manager comes from a bigger store and they have each staff at that department. But I have a lineup on cash and thats all I did each shift then she whines how I do things.

Those managers sound lazy and unproductive. If the managers don't cooperate, the company will suffer. They're in charge of managing the store, and caring for the employees. Luckily, the managers at my job are not like that. I would switch jobs if I were you.
