Some little hearted people

Friends I have noticed that in my coaching centre there are some such students who are not like to give tuition fees. I asked about it to their parents but they don't also don't care . What a little hearted people in the world?

I think you should take the fee as advance and levy penalty if they give fee late by 3 days
