how should the message be? turning 60.

i have been thinking on how the message will look like. he is a philanthropist, he is my boss. he is turning 60. how would the message look like?

Do you mean a greeting message for his birthday? I would suggest something like "To a wonderful boss that I admire. I am so very glad to work here and I wanted to take a moment to say Have a wonderful 60th birthday".
