I can't sleep

I was sleepy but I can't sleep. It's not a big problem if tomorrow is not an important day but it is a important day tommorow. Tomorrow is my test day.
Anyone can help me??
Help me as soon as possible, now is 03:15 AM and I don't wanna get sleepy at morning.

taking a lukewarm milk also helps aside from reading a book as suggested by @DianneN

That warm milk is work, but I don't like to read book at night

I don't know if this is becoming a norm but I will wake up... too tired to get get up and do anything but too awake to fall back to sleep! Makes for a long day when the sun finally comes up!

I play some soft music and drink some warm milk. This usually works for me. When it doesn't work, then I'm stressed out and I go exercise on my treadmill take a quick shower and go to bed.

Happens all the time...you know you have something important the next day and the stress causes you to not be able to get the rest you need.
I wish I knew how to stop worrying and just rest.

@reskyyandi @MandaLee is right, though. If you have a hard time sleeping get off all of your devices. It makes your body clock reset to stay awake.
