I am totally agree to you. In our country always people give advices.But don't walk on that track themselves.

Let me approach your discussion in this manner. Good advice is almost always never hard to follow. But even if it is hard to follow, the alternative is doing nothing or worse … following bad advice. Bad advice is almost always easy to follow. But the resulting SCREW UPS from following bad advice can be monumental and long lasting!
If somebody gives you good advice, even if they don't follow their own advice and practice what they preach, you should take heed to their good advice. I can't think of a single time in my life where I have ever regretted following someone's good advice.
During the time when Jesus walked, there were religious teachers who were supposed to talk the talk and walk the walk. Even though these teachers were instructing people on the right path to take for righteous living; in their own lives, they weren't following that path. The teachers were hypocrites. Jesus told His followers: “See those teachers of the law. Do what they say. But don't do what they do.”
