You can make Others Happy.

I was myLotting and half listening to the TV news. The announcer said, "Many people do not realize their ability to make others happy."
That is really something to think about. What we do can influence people in a good or bad way. Maybe we have more ability than we think.
I will try harder to make others happy. It won't take much, a smile, shared laughter, a pat on the back, letting them know they are loved.
Can you make someone happy today? You have the ability.

@arthurchappell I like it. It relieves tension and gives you a good laugh.

I try to even if I don´t really want to in that moment.
I don´t feel like that all the time so I try to make people happy because I want to but if they don´t want to know then I don´t really mind either.

@akalinus
Have first hand experience of that.
I have stood on my head to make others happy and they will never be happy with anything unless they really want to be.
So right what you say.

@lovinangelsinstead21 Thanks, if someone is determined not to be happy no matter what, they will be unhappy their whole life. They won't reach out and embrace love shown by others. Maybe they don't recognize it.

That's a good goal. Most people always just think about how to make themselves happy. It's time to think of others too and that will add up to our own happiness

I know for a fact that this is true.
If you go out and make it a point to make eye contact with those that you meet, even if you do not know them, and you give them a nice gentle smile, you will get that back, and on occasion I know that I also get a nice comment-which in turn makes my day!

I am a natural jester but when I am hurting, I can't be approached.

@ridingbet I read a comment once that said "not forgiving is like taking poison and waiting for the other person to die." I can't find who to attribute this to. It might be Malachy McCourt. There are a bunch of versions of this.

I think that I have done it once... with a phone call to my mom and then again this afternoon, when I sort out all of her doctor's appointments!! It's so sad :(
