I Had a Goal Today

Since I didn’t make payout for February, I was trying to reach $5 by the end of today and I’m very close at this point. I’ve got dozens of other things that I could be doing, but I started on this goal early this morning and can’t seem to quit.
Once I reach the $5, I will be sure of payout this month, and I can relax. Hah! I don’t really care about the small earnings here, but its fun to have a goal.
I need to read some posts from others today too, but I have to get busy with some other things and come back later today.
I hope everyone is having a GOOD start to the week. I’m excited about reading and commenting on your posts.

I hope you reach your goal. I have been so busy that I have not been able to read or write on myLot very much lately.

I try to read several things each morning and hunt for something that I think is worth discussing on myLot. Then, I try to post at least three things and start the ball rolling. If I have any time then, during the day, I will come back and post more, but I also want to read what others write.

Good for you. I don't have to file taxes anymore, since I retired.

I'll help you out by responding! I have been very busy this month and aren't even halfway to minimum payout but I was busy with other, more lucrative work so I guess that's okay. Unfortunately, it's not a good start to the week--sitting here waiting for a house inspection all morning. The company I rent from inspects the house quarterly to be sure we're not tearing it up. We've been here 5 quarters, you'd think they'd get the idea they have decent tenants! And I'm having a lot of trouble with my lungs today that will hopefully improve by tomorrow.
Well, the only place I can go from here is UP so tomorrow will undoubtedly be a very good day!

I appreciate your help. I did reach the $5 goal, but not in time for February payout. No worry though since it will carry over to March.
I hope you are feeling better by now. I have some breathing issues also,

The same here. I didn't make it by end of February but I do have a bit over $5 so my goal now is just to continue interacting on here and see how much I have by end of March.

That's what I'm doing also. I got up early this morning because I could hear the rain pounding on my bedroom window about 6:30 AM. I tried to go back to sleep but decided finally to just get up and get going for the day. I have a friend coming over this morning anyway and I am visiting the nursing home this afternoon with my daughter, so I need to get moving.

I've always been a goal setter, since that's what I had to do in my business to stay on track with my sales. Now, I'm retired but I still like to set goals.

I didn't reach payout either, but I was only about 20 cents off from it.
You are doing well though! Don't stress yourself out too much, just enjoy! You will make it and you will even have some more money for this month!
