i dont like it when kids, either i know them or not, just go and grab something that isnt theirs, especially when its mine !

Indeed! If they aren't taught manners, the won't be considered respectable and that can affect every decision of theirs.

some parents don't bother. they let their kids run amok, make noise, make a mess, even laugh at their antics or make excuses for them, so how will they know how to behave and treat others?
