I will be active throughout the day. Getting up early in the morning, doing some light short time exercises after washing the face would definitely make one active if this is made as a habit. What next? Drinking some hot liquid adding some lemon to a hot water drinking it warm, drinking some warm honey water, Green Tea, and the list goes on as per one's own taste and doing some experiments with newly acquired knowledge from various articles which go on changing your To-Do list with frequent substitutes.
Keeping all these regular habits in the track, one will be surprised to know that it is the Coffee which is a real booster to be considered as the best morning ritual as per the research made at the Stanford University.
Mr. David Furman, the consulting Associate Professor at the Institute for Immunity, Transplantation, and Infection came up with a new finding after studying the effect of Coffee intake by more than 100 persons and concluded that the more caffeine people consumed, the more protected they were against a chronic state of Inflammation.
One should note that it is the inflammation which is associated with the chronic diseases of aging like depression, wrinkles on the face, diabetes, and other heart-related problems. This also acts as a mood booster. There is nothing wrong in giving it a try Guys.
This may perhaps be one of the secrets of successful people in life.

I like a cup of coffee in the morning or the evening. Lately, have a glass of fresh squeezed juice with it.

From all the down sides of coffee, I guess that I had better stick to just coffee in the morning. I wonder if adding cream would do away with wrinkles on the face ;)

I like coffee first thing in the morning too. Unfortunately, I am pregnant and have to avoid it for a while. I can't say I don't miss it.
