It can bring attention to the post making it more interesting with a photo. But it depends on your content.

@pammooratan Not necessarily lengthier because if its too long, it could not interest the reader either. Just a good length will do! Not too short, not too long but it all depends on the audience / reader

I have also asked that before in one of my posts, and they said it's not. We will not earn money from uploading photos here. But the benefit of it is our post will be more attractive and interesting if there's an attached photo, thus can result to more viewers.
