Feels bad when you don't get love in return.

Love is succsessful when it happenes from both side. One sided love is always hurtful. It really hurts more then breakup. And to see that loved person with another boy, by god it feels like 'A white walker stabbed jon snow's sword in my back'.
why this feels so rough?
How can I get away from this?

It does really hurt when you don't get loved back. You need to try to forget her which is very difficult. Try to find something which keeps you busy. You need to move on. Maybe someone better is waiting for you out there. Be patient. Are you a fan of Game of Thrones?

Its always better to seek out new interests and different people to help fix your attention somewhere else.
In time the pain of not being loved by that person will fade out.
It does not happen in a day but rather over time.
You are worthy of someone else.

The only problem that i can see here is you loved the wrong person and whats worst is you love him morethan yourself i guess. So the only thing that i feel can help you with this is to love yourself more. Buy new clothes or shoes or bag that can make you feel better and confident about yourself. Go to the salon have a new hair color or hairstyle that can make you feel beautiful. Or meet new people and learn that there are a lot of things that you are missing out because you kept on thinking why the person you love doesn't love you back the way you are expecting.
I have been trough hell trust me this can help.

@Friendlypink I have been trough these things several times. It hurts a lot. But you know what's the problem is that i knew i will going to get hurt again if she rejected me but even i told my feelings to her.

@workathomefan Firstly Thank you for your warm welcome. Secondly, the thing about stop loving is not true, it never happens in real world. for once you stop thinking about that person doesn't mean that you stoped loving. It means that you just stoped thinkiing about that.

Real love is not recieve but giver.If you truly love anybody then just love not to desire anything exchange.Thia is not a business but devotion,faith,and care.
