Nice video from ex-blue-collar-worker who has 2 kids and yet retire at 51

I am watching a video (for a second time) from a blue collar worker who has 2 kids and still manages to retire at 51. By the time he retired, he had a house fully paid for, a government pension, a defined contribution plan, and college saving plans for his children. He does not have a college degree and he was stuck in dead end job for a few years. He had the good sense to evaluate his life, read the success stories of others, and made the necessary changes. All the while, he lived in Las Vegas which is a city of temptation, and yet he did not fall into the consumerism lifestyle. I love to watch video like this. Very encouraging.
