Will It Snow??

Yesterday and today we have almost spring-like weather. When I took the dogs out earlier it was actually milder than I expected. Since it's pretty windy I expected it to be cold. What a pleasant surprise!
However, the forecast is for snow overnight with accumulations throughout the day tomorrow. Maybe with the ground being so warm whatever falls won't be around long. Then another possible snow for Sunday and maybe a more major one for Tuesday of next week. Gee, doesn't Mother Nature know that winter had the last 6 months to make an appearance. Get over it Mother Nature and save all that winter mess for next year.
I managed to get the necessary chores done this morning so the house is neat and tidy, I listed some books I want to sell on Ebay and keeping my fingers crossed they can bring in a few extra dollars.
My afternoon will consist of picking up a few things I need from the grocery store just in case Mother Nature hits us with that white stuff. I dread walking in anything that is slippery.
Then I'll be bringing a bag of much needed laundry to my daughters so we have some clean clothes for the next few days. I'll enjoy my visit while the clothes wash and the kids are in school. It will be nice having some alone time and we can chat and catch up on some adult conversation.
Nothing exciting as you can see but it looks to be a busy kind of day.
How's things in your neck of the woods?

@Marilynda1225 We cannot be sure at all, snow can come back any moment in March.

We haven't had much snow to speak of in central Maryland. I miss it.

Hope you don't see any with the so-called big storm coming through over the weekend

do you normally get any or much snow there, Mean? My sister lives in Norfolk, VA so I know a little about how the weather does there.

@MarshaMusselman usually we get one medium to big storm and many small ones with a lot of icy mornings. So far we've had some flurry mornings and one icy day.

I hope you enjoy your day and I hope the snow passes on.
I have been busy cleaning and getting the kids school work done with them. Once Josiah wakes up I have to give both the babies a bath. Both the babies have a doctor appointment today.

Beautiful today, around 73 slight breeze. Storms tonight, temps drop and they say Sunday am snow but it won't last as it will be in the mid 50's.

Whatever we get I'm sure won't last long as the ground is pretty warm. My grandkids are all crazy and hoping for that one big snowstorm that we didn't get over the winter

Well Seattle area cannot make up it's mind on what the weather wants to do. We would Love to see some Spring warmer weather here. Tired of having to wear a heavier jacket most of the time.

I think that we all got spoiled with that mild weather in late February. I don't want any more snow, but there isn't much we can do about it. There is so much damage in our area from the high winds yesterday. Large lit signs that are bolted into the pavement of parking lots were blown over and crushed cars, trees have been snapped, and a lot of people lost their roofs. We were lucky, all we lost was the real estate agent's sign, and since it already sold that is no worry to us.

Wind can be worse than snow sometimes. At least snow is just a pain but wind causes more damage. Lucky that you weren't affected by all the wind and only lost the real estate sign.

We are on vacation...in North Carolina. The forecast for Saturday night, Sunday morning is calling for several inches of snow....crazy! Today we are basking in sunshine and balmy temperatures.
