Tonight's workout was a tough one! Total conditioning, including running. We worked for 35 minutes and this is the circuit that we repeated for that time period: 1) Trap bar deadlift (3) 2) Prowler pull/push (length of turf and back) 3) Band press (10L/10R) 4) Partner squat/power rows (10) 5) C2 rower (100 meters) 6) Band squat/shoulder press (10) 7) Run around the building I enjoyed it all except for the running. I am not a runner in any sense of the word. The trainer said we could skip anything we didn't feel comfortable with but I didn't want to do that. I did the runs, albeit slow, and I know that they were good for me. It was a really great workout. I will sleep well tonight!

Another great workout. It is good that you decided to run even though it is not your thing.

Yes. I didn't want to take the easy way out. I was perfectly able to do it because it was just for a short period. It wasn't like we had to go run a mile or something.

Yes it was a good way to end the day. I'm thinking of adding a 4th day to the rotation. We shall see.
