Working at HEB sucks sometimes.

So currently I'm a bagger at HEB. About 2 days ago this woman who was REALLY pregnant came into the store and had 3 children with her, 2 girls and 1 boy. The first thing I noticed was that she was really dirty, & her kids were dirtier, their hair was a mess, their clothes were stained, they were complaining about being hungry, & she kept hitting them. Like spanking them on their backs when they asked for food... anyways, she came in asking about her foodstamps card and how she left it, she got it back, checked the receipt and LEFT. Didn't buy food for her children, didn't buy them a little snack or something to drink. NOTHING. I was furious. I have 2 children of my own and I couldn't imagine treating them like that... I have no words, I wanted to cry. I came home and hugged both my sons and I literally just ranted to my bf. Sorry, I just needed to get it off my chest. I have a heart, a huge heart and I can't bare to think of how she treats them at home. It catches me off guard and I want to just sit down and cry :(
