In case you aren't familiar with the word bamboozled here's the definition : conceal one's true motives from especially by elaborately feigning good intentions so as to gain an end
Yes, we've been bamboozled by Mother Nature.
She lulled us into a false sense of spring only to laugh at us this morning when we woke up to all that white stuff falling from the sky.
Our lovely 70 degree F temperatures are now back to the freezing mark and that white stuff is slowly but surely accumulating. Okay so it looks like a beautiful winter wonderland outside right now and I have to admit it's sort of pretty seeing snow after the mild winter we've had but....
Okay, okay, enough about the snow.
Happy Friday everyone!! whoo hooo I'm sure many are happy the weekend is almost here and I always look forward to weekends even though I'm retired. I am counting my blessings since I didn't have to worry about going to work today in this mess and am blessed to have a nice warm house and my trusty old coffee maker is still working.
What's happening in your neck of the woods?

Even the birds are confused. They have started eating fruits from trees even before they ripen something I have never seen here before.

We are heading to the Oregon coast this weekend, rented a house on the ocean and my daughter will meet us there. The art quilt show starts this weekend and we are hoping that Anne's three entries do well. It is in the little village of Yachats (Ya-hots).

It's been years since I can remember snow this time of year in Mississippi.

I woke to freezing temps here as well. I wore a hoodie the last couple days. We didn't get as warm as you, only 55 F, but for Wisconsin this time of year, that's warm. We have snow in the forecast for Sunday and Monday. I think winter is trying to sneak in before it's too late. Spring has done it's best to keep winter in submission this year.
Enjoy your weekend.

After having mostly warm weather the last few weeks, we're going to get hit with cold and snow this weekend.

Not much is happening. Here in the Philippines we got bamboozled by our government.

Well, looks like the weather people forgot to mention that Indian Summers sometimes happen.
Deserts are different, we're back to being very dry and it's very warm. We'll be in the mid 80s most of the week but I think we'll probably hit the 90s by April.

Flakes have been in the air on and off all day so far. No accumulation because the sun sporadically comes out and melts the dusting that has fallen.
