Especially for the movement and the hard work is required in the case of the knee. If any problems have seen in this joint of the leg then man becomes obsolete. More fitness is needed of the knee for the athlete. Not only health fitness, there is a need of increasing knee performance for them.
But how to enable the knee! Only regular exercise can make the knee strong and vigorous. There are many different exercises for knee fitness in the discipline of yoga. The most notable exercise is vatayanasana. All types of knee problems are eliminated by this regular posture (vatayanasana). For vatayanasana at first stand straight. By breaking from the right leg of knee keeps it on foot or thigh.
Keep your right knee slowly over the floor and keep your hands on the chest in bow style. Or raising the two hands try to keep your left hand under right elbow rounding palm on the right palm in bow style. Stay 20 to 30 seconds in this position by keeping your breathe normally. Then repeat the posture by changing your leg and hand position.
Practice the posture two to four times by changing your legs and take rest as you need. Hernia disease is eliminated by practicing this posture and bottom parts of body are healthy and vigorous. The most beneficial aspect of posture is that it ensures the fitness and ability of the knee. Besides, it keeps leg muscles nerves healthy and strong.
It also ensures the fitness of the hip-joint. But there is a need of little alert for this posture.
You shouldn't do this posture just after taking meal. Besides, you have to do warm-up before this posture. If not, the opposite may be hit. For this reason, you must need to do warm-up before this posture.

Knee injury or strain on the joint is very painful as much as the shoulder or elbow.
I have tried to do that one but I need time and space and donĀ“t often get either.
But I do keep trying to get it right.
