A couple of exercises that are easy to do for the waist 1) inhaling while sucking in your stomach and for 30 seconds 3 times and 2) tightening your abs when doing pushups. My niece heard that if you firm up your thighs (a major muscle group) that burns a lot belly fat. I'm trying to get toned but am struggling with both some illnesses and being a lazy butt! I check out exercises on You Tube, but don't do anything where they want your money, be it personal access, or their products. Some sell stuff some don't. For men, AthleanX video's are good and you can subscribe to get notifications for free.

Stay away from sugar, processed foods and carbohydrates, eat more protein and fiber, go for walks and be happy
