Why Good Employees Leave Their Organisation?

March 13, 2017 8:19am CST
Recently, two of my colleagues have asked for resignation. They are absolutely good employees who always finish their work efficiently. I ask why they want to leave, and below are the reasons: 1. Less reward but lots of work. 2. No promotion prospects. 3. Nothing new to learn. 4. Do same thing everyday. 5. No male colleagues. Welcome to talk about why good employees leave their organisation. Do you also have the impulse of quitting your job recently? Why? If you decide to resign, would you tell the real reason to your boss? Or have you ever heard of any ridiculous or resignation reasons?

Here at my workplace people quit because they are paid less compared to the work assigned to them. Lots of work pressure as sometimes we have to stretch out working hours to 12 and I think these are enough reasons to quit a job.

The fifth reason.... Is your company only hired females or they only work with females? I've changed job a number of times. Most of the time it was due to salary. The second one was because I need a new environment and a new challenge.

The fifth reason looks funny; however, it is true. I also want to work in a company with some male colleagues. But the job in our company is not suitable for men, not because they are not able to handle the job, just because the salary is too small for them. Men won't come.

@Myluckyboy In my company right now where I do my job. Most of there employees are also submitting resignation, and I'm planning to resign soon also.. but not this moment.. 1. Less rewards but lots of work and understanding. 2. Hard promotion, if you got promoted it is just for 5 months and after that you need to go back to your old role 3. Nothing to learn new, but you'll learn to be more upset. 4. Your colleagues keep on doing annoying gossip than doing there jobs 5. Too small salary for heavy task

Most of the times, it's due to no appreciation for your hard work and colleagues are not supportive or good.
