Good evening.As I took another shot of my BP 195/65
Mike said that is it.I am going to cancel our trip.He was very serious about this.
Well I was hoping to see my sis in law new place.Guess this will have to wait.
Now that I think of it.Well it is March.I know the weather has not been great.
But soon this have to go away.Mike was not disappointed about this.
We do not lose our money.They will give us credit.Which is good.
But have to get better before we think of our next trip.
I know this is genetic as I told you my mom had a stroke.runs in the family
Will see when I wake up this morning for the reading.
Tonight we are having antipasto.

The doctor told Tony to stop eating salt and his would go down, he did and the BP went down. Feel better soon!

@OneOfMany this we have been doing doing for all of our dogs.Mike was well up and over 201/80 that is very high.Wonder that I did not have a stroke

@amadeo Also a great way to prevent tick bites, which I have to worry about here in the woods.
In the end it could be medication doing it. My blood pressure was high the other day and it was because I've been taking Ibuprofen. Normally my blood pressure is pretty much normal.
