Yes, but you've got to be careful, know your limitations and wear your gear, including leathers....never ride in the rain w/o a full set of leathers and a top rated helmet.
Here's my friends and I riding in the rain....

Actually it would depend on where one gets to ride it. I love driving and in the rain is out of this world. but not in traffic.

I really love to ride motorcycle... in the every condition... specially in the rain.. riding slowly... fell the fain... and get wet completly

Ya i jus love it. There s noting lik the fresh pure rain fallin as i drive slowly enjoyin the drops of water tat fall on me.
