This is long time issue boss. When the vote was done by ballot, people used to tag is 'rigging". Now they tell it 'Scientific Rigging".
By the way, it is possible to modify the programming of the EVM. But don't lend your ear to Mayavati or Mamata Banerjee.

@pammooratan Indian democracy was never for people.. it was, it is always for power. To get the maximum number so that you can do whatever you want!
What i your say about Goa/Manipur where single major winner could not get power where as (mis)using the centre power who should be in opposition got the CM chair.
