Sick with tonsillitis

I had a pretty bad cold for about 2 weeks. Then right after that my body decided it was that time of the month and then now right after that ended I get tonsillitis. This is not fun! Ugh! My immune system sucks.

I cannot afford medication really. I have throat drops and that's about it.
