Delivering the wrong pizza.

How do you react / What do you do when you order pizza and after a long wait the store still send you the wrong flavor(s)? This happened earlier today with a friend of mine at lunch and the company decided - as a way to avoid confusion that my friend was about to do - to resend the order for free + a gift card to order another pizza costing the same value.

if the pizza is wrong, they should definitely reimburse you in some way

I don't think I've had that happen, but I don't order deliveries that often. Maybe I should try harder!

Sorry that it happened. Call the pizza parlor and tell them about the mix-up. Free orders are good to get a refund.

I guess that is why I would rather go to the place myself and get what I want and the right order.
