We are paid normally around the 15th of the following month. The amount gets built up but you will be only paid what you earned in the previous month and the balance will continue to grow depending on your further earnings.

Since myLot pays (on or before the 15th of the month) what the balance was on the last day of the preceding month, your balance will hardly ever be zero because, in those 15 (or less) days since the end of the last month, you will very likely have earned some more.
If your balance on the last day of February were $6, it will keep on increasing in March until payday, when it will reduce by $6, leaving a balance of whatever you had earned in March.

Ive got mine but it didn't turn into zero. They will pay you on what you have for the end of the month. And Mylot paid later on and if active after the cutoff then thats what left of your balance. Unless you gone absent the next day after the cut off.

I think hardly your account will be without balance because it always gets some value from one month to the other.
