In Shanghai there are many universities boasting of specific flowers. For instance, the Tongji university is famous for Sakura. It is friendly to allow the public to visit as long as the daily operation is not affected.
Do you visit colleges to share their facilities, say the library, gim, swimming pool, etc.?
