how to deal with people you hate?

A person I do not like, she is more scheming, my former colleagues, to see her my heart is not comfortable, I would like to avoid seeing her things, but would like to know what happened recently

I have alot of people in my life that i do not like at all but still i have to interact with them since they have a very authentic place in my life. It's all about acceptance i guess.... Not everyone or everything that we see or meet complies to our preferences... We have to understand that there's always good with bad.

Just talk to them staright to the point and then if that person don't chnage then avoide and keep your distance from them.
