Have you ever wonder if dogs will know their name if you call them. My dogs name is Cloud. Sometimes I call him Cloudie Patotie, Cloudcloud and Patotie Bunny. Does he only recognize my voice or does he know that we named him cloud? What do you think?

Dogs can recognize their names. They can learn many many words and be trained to recognize items with the words if taught with repetition and rewards. Dog are very smart. My 4 dogs recognize their names and all the nick names I have for them.
