Do You Ever Have a Problem Upleading Pics?

Seems like the site doesn't like certain types of photos. They are within the 3MB size and they are Jpeg. The gear thing will just spin and spin. Any ideas? Wish we could preview pic before posting.

OK I think going with a smaller size will help too.
