She needs to get some serious help

This 'friend' needs to go to get locked up for help. I really think she's bipolar or something but if she's shows up at my work I'll be calling the police. She started all this drama with the site gles group. She first started threatening the admin after someone complained about her posts (they were very sexual and offensive). Also, she was lying repeatedly saying people were saying things hut weren't. So she deleted herself from the group. She then texts me and says delete yourself from the group. I just texted back and said I am not getting involved I'll stay a member for now. She then readded herself to the group but the girl refused to add her as an admin she then started sending her threatening messages on Facebook. This girl sends me screen shots meanwhile this girl threatening her is lying thru her teeth at me. I just sent her a message and said I am not being part of the drama. She starts her own group and starts telling people this girl said this (very childish). I sat back and watched. So we were planning an event Saturday night. She planned for this bar that just opened. I kept asking is there a cover charge because I don't have much money. So if I get there and one member said she'd call to reserve well turns out the entry was $10 plus packages of $80. So I said well I won't be going as I can't afford it. So this lady suggested a few other spots. Well apparently that is not allowed. She flipped and went off the handle with this lady deleted, and blocked her. I posted hours later as I couldn't find the post and she went off on me. The lady she went off first came to my work to get gas and we got talking she got me a coffee. She went off the handle for this lady doing this for me. I ignored her and posted how the menu for this place looks good. Hours later she text me saying true friends don't do that. I said sorry what are you talking about. Her texts make her sound like a nut job and I did save them so of something happens and I have to call police. Whether she has a mental illness or not I don't care she stopped her medication I will call the police. She starts threatening me in these messages then deleted blocked me on Facebook. Another member messaged me and was like what is happening. She starts posting on this form using me out and telling everyone to stay away from me that I'm crazy and threatening her. I just said I am not getting in the middle of the drama. She then claims her true friend sends her a message about me saying things I'm like funny I haven't talked to anyone so maybe the little voices are saying it. So I ignored her as I was at work and don't have time for her childish games. She kept saying don't text me and stop talking yet I wasn't even saying anything lol. I'm rather relieved and wash my hands of her. She then goes online saying how she is having an event the same time and place as we are. So I am wondering if she's going to show up and cause issues which I will call the police on her
