who is the best actor ever in cinema?

Johnny Depp, he can be funny and scary at the same time. He is so versatile and what I like about him is he doesn't go for the roles that he thinks would earn him an award or those movies where there's a big budget involved. He chooses roles that are challenging and weird. I think that he's acting has depth into it.
