Hollywood Remakes

Remake is the trend in Hollywood nowadays. Although, some are better than the originals, most however, are just worse than the first ones. I personally think that movie writers and directors are becoming lazy. They change a bit of the original ones, add computer graphics, and walah! A new and better version of the first one. That's what they think.

I tend to agree with you. I yet have to see a remake that is actually better than the original. I believe, and always have, that there is nothing like the original. Perhaps just me!

I really feel sad for the writers and directors because their creativity is somewhat diminishing, if I may call it this way. Although, like I said some remakes are better than the originals.

Hollywood has been making remakes since the 1930s so it is not a new trend.
