@Katinquieti I am a person who eat slowly so that I can enjoy the food well. I can't eat fast since I will feel uncomfortable after that. It is not easy for me to gain more weights no matter what I eat.

Its not easy to lose weight when somebody else is eating junk food. My suggestion drink a glass of water when you want to eat, as that helps me eat less. I feel fuller, so eat a smaller portion. Small meals with low calories helped me lose a lot of weight.

@Katinquieti. You are right that apples keep you from being hungry. Apples keep you fuller much longer but not all day. Also lettuces keep you fuller and water.

I told to eat carrots and apples and protein as stops you for being hungry but I'm still hungry after

Changing your list of diet is so hard. Maybe just a regular exercise will do and try to avoid fatty foods.

don't force yourself into a diet plan if you are just forcing yourself for the wrong reasons. the right reason would be for health purposes. if you find it hard to follow a diet plan, then you should live a balance lifestyle. this is where exercise is crucial. not that you have to lift, just get those muscles moving. but again, after the exercise, things can go disastrous if you start craving for food, because you would surely end up eating too much, then the cycle goes on.
