The Princess has a New Dress!

While on vacation I stumbled across a rack of bargain children's clothing. I spotted a dress that I knew my four year old granddaughter would adore.
Yesterday it was hanging on the back of her bedroom door when she arrived at my house for her sleepover. "Is that dress for me!"
She was told, Yes, you can wear it to school tomorrow. Her next question, "can I take it home?" (When would she change out of it...she goes home from school on the school bus.)
This morning she was so eager to get dressed. We took a photo and sent it to mommy.
If I had any doubts whether or not she liked the dress, they were erased as soon as she arrived at school. As she encountered her friends....she unzipped her coat so they could all admire her new dress.

She was so excited to wear it. This isn't the first Minnie Mouse Dress I've given her....but this had to be the best response.

@Juliaacv and she is so generous with her hugs. This morning she showed her friends her new dress and then didn't see me for a moment. She wanted to give me one more hug before she went into the school playground.

I hav bought Minnie Mouse dresses or night gowns for all of my four granddaughters a few times, no on is surprised.

@ridingbet yes I did crop the photo. I'm try not to post pictures showing my grandchildren a faces. In this day and age they are too vulnerable.
