Social Networking, Distraction ?

In today's world we are solemnly dependent on technology. We can not even imagine our daily life without using technology. Social Networking is also a wheel of the Chariot of technology. From Social networking sites like facebook, Twitter etc. we get in touch with our friends and so. These sites are usable for every person even kids uses these too. I think like me, most of the people use facebook a lot in a day. This causes me distraction from my study. This discussion is For those parents, who have childrens use facebook and got distracted from their study and career. Could we get suggestions to solve this problem? Thank you.

Yes social sites specially district children of young age they become addictive of these sites. i think their should be restriction of using sites for more than 2 3 hrs in a day.
