UK Parliament Attack

I got news that there was gun fire near the UK Parliament. I heard that the UK parliament was locked down. I was very busy with my work and could not get time to get the details of the news report.. Do you have the latest update on it? Is it a terrorist attack or some insane person who has done this? Anyone from UK to provide us the detailed report?
