How to be taller

I'm 5'9 and want to know if someone can give me some tips or advices to grow up.

For us, Filipinos, 5'9'' is almost a giant. kidding aside but it's the perfect height for men.

I think 5'9 is already a tall height. If you want taller, then you shall have enough sleeping time, do more expercises like swimming, rope skipping and playing basketball.

1) wear elevated shoes 2) drink a lot of milk 3) only date short women 4) I don't know, do you have tall people in your family? If yes, you might grow more height. If no, 5'9" might be it for you.
