I said in a discussion before that night before last I could not get back to sleep when I woke up one time. Then for different reason's I was awoke about 6:30 AM and am not going to get to lay back down because of my living situation. Tomorrow due to a phone interview that I have to try and wake up by 8:15 AM or so Therefore today I am going to need to drink a lot of coffee! Help!!!!!!!!!

I have the same problem. I went to bed an hour earlier last night (1:30am) because I have a doctor's appointment today. I would have had to get up at 10:30 in order to make it and I usually don't wake up until anywhere between 11:00 and 12:30. Heck, it was almost 1pm yesterday but I had a really rough night. Well, wouldn't you know it, I've been awake since 6am. I only got about 4 1/2 hours sleep last night. Now I have to prepare to drive an hour to the doctor and back again. Hope I can stay awake. And I don't drink coffee!

@dfollin It's staying awake for the drive that is the real concern.

You may take coffee or you may take tea as well to keep yourself awake.I,for one, prefer tea.I don't have insomnia, but am a late sleeper.

I love tea. But mostly drink coffee to wake up or Irish breakfast tea.

I do not like milk. Sleepy time tea works great at night to get to sleep or even back to sleep. What I am saying is that have to drink coffee in the morning to stay awake because I am so darn tired.

Oh wow sounds like you may need a whole gallon of coffee babe. Keep well :)
