The Cat is in the Office, by Huckleberry the Cat, Kitty Blogger

March 23, 2017 1:35pm CST
Meow from Huckleberry the Cat. Just a few words to let you know that I have been very busy in the office the last few days, making up, I mean planning new content. (I do a lot of planning with my eyes closed. It helps me concentrate.) I have been spending a lot of time under the desk, as my human, for some odd reason, does not like me to be on top of it. I do not know why. I am, in fact, under the desk as I meow, and I would like to point out that it is very hard to reach the keyboard from here. Just meowing the obvious. Good things coming. Have to close my eyes now and work. Sincerely, Huckleberry the Cat, Kitty Blogger

Dearest Huckleberry, You need to have your human install a You Meow, It Types program. Then you won't have to worry about being unable to reach the keyboard. Sincerely, Your newest fan

That's a great idea. I told my Mama, and she said I should save my money for a wireless keyboard, but I told her I pre-furred the kind with cords. She said that was one of the reasons I'm not allowed on top of the desk. Sincerely, Huckleberry the Wireless

Keep up the good work Hucks. I remain on the bed, dictating. You will soon make your (paw) mark. Humans are very wierd about desks. I just ignore Human 1 and walk all over hers anyway. Love from Auntie Freyaxx

What's so great about all those cords going back and forth, anyway, right? Love, the Huckster

Yes, humans can be quite selfish when it comes to the keyboard, I see that you did get enough time to write this post, however, so that is good!!

Dearest Busy Busy Huckie - It's Auntie Mildred the Cat. Glad to see you're taking your writing seriously and getting down to work. I've been in my office a lot lately as well, thinking, thinking, hoping to put my best thoughts into another myLot post soon. I do like the top of the desk as well, especially right beween my mom and the laptop, but after that little "incident" last week, I've been using the couch and my mom's bed more often for an office. Keep up the good work but don't overdo and tire yourself out. Luv, Auntie Mildred.

Dearest Auntie Mildred the Cat, Thank you for your kind words and good advice. I know becoming a successful kitty blogger requires hours of devotion to the kind of mental exertions best done with your eyes closed. I am willing to make the necessary sacrifices. It's the gallant thing to do. Love, Huckleberry the Cat

I suppose they might have an old spare keyboard they might let you use, and I know that my four footers used to LOVE their bed under my desk, and required I keep blankets under there for their usage
