Have you set your MyLot financial goal for March 2017?

Even though I've been suffering from a bit of MyLot ennui lately, I'm still having an average month in terms of earnings. Actually, I think I may be a dollar or so ahead of myself from last month.
I decided to be ambitious and set my totally arbitrary MyLot goal at $XX.XX for this month, fully two dollars ahead of what I made last month. Achieving this will require a Herculean effort. I will post almost daily. I will choose important subjects, like breakfast and God. I will respond liberally to others' posts. I will stay up late.
Do you have a goal for this month? I like math. I might even calculate how many years I'll have to write here to buy that Porsche I've been eyeballing. Does it have nice lines? Or what?

I don't set a goal, but I was on a roll before I ended up in the hospital.

No.
That's it.
...
When I first came here, I was "on the revenue-share bandwagon." But I either got into it too early or failed to recognize that It's Not a Living-Wage Income! (or at least 'shouldn't be one')

@TheHorse ... or maybe if they 'MyLotted' only 5 minutes a day, but did it so well that Everybody got on- and contributed-to their daily post?

@mythociate You mean like they wrote the perfect MyLot post, day after day, much as Steve Goodman wrote the perfect Country song?

You have set your sights pretty high with that Porsche and maybe I have been underestimating myself with trying to achieve more each month than the month before. Maybe I should start looking at beautiful beach houses with infinity pools

I don't have financial goals for mylot, other than possibly reaching payout which I do every month anyway. It seems kind of silly when you are just making a few dollars.

@TheHorse When it comes to this site, I don't set goals...that would make it 'work' and I don't work.

@AbbyGreenhill Nah, I do it just for fun. It (setting goals) is not something I take seriously.

Yeah, nice Porsche. I am not doing really well this month, may be that ennui thing you caught. Goals? I don't need no stinking goals, but might do better if I set one.

@JamesHxstatic I found it! (And I'm not referring to converting to Christianity.) From Wikipedia: "Badges? We don't need no stinkin' badges!" is a widely quoted paraphrase of a line of dialogue from the 1948 film The Treasure of the Sierra Madre.

Let's see...January: box of cereal. February: gallon of milk and loaf of bread. March: bag of lettuce, tomatoes and dressing. April: pork chops. Maybe by December I'll have enough for a full meal @TheHorse .

I want to hear about that calculation on the Porsche. Is it a toy to play with, with the little neighbour?
When I do mystery shops I sometimes calculate how many visits I would have to do at that business to actually buy a product I wanted. Like the fancy coffee machine, or a mattress,
My goal is always to spend a maximum of one hour per day and to make $5 in a month. lol I will have to make 20 cents per day to make my goal. But to make it up to $10 for February and March together, I will have to make 37 cents per day.

There is always a goal which is minimum payout for me but I am not very committed!
I prefer to keep mylot for my relaxing time and not get stressed about it. It need time to find a good pace that works for us and have an average each month. It seems like you have found it, it is good to read that you are already ahead!

No, not setting a goal here or on other sites. For me, it takes away the fun.

Truly speaking mate I do myLot as I like the discussion the pay they does won't even cover my Internet Bill, so it really doesn't matter. In my free time, I just check out the discussion and speak up my mind,., And i fell good for this.
