Back from the gym and out to dinner!

Tonight's workout was strength training and it was a challenge. The first 3 are supersets and the last one obviously isn't. This is what we did:
1. a) Prowler pull/push (3 x length of turf)
b) Bulgarian split squats (3 x 10/10)
2. a) Cable rows (3 x 10/10)
b) C2 rower (3 x 100 meters)
3. a) Barbell Romanian deadlifts (3 x 10)
b) TRX leg thrusters (3 x 10-15)
4. Kettlebell floor chest press (3 x 10)
The finisher was crazy! 8 minutes of side shuffles back and forth the length of the turf and then a 3 cone suicide run the length of the turf. We had 3 lines going and the group wasn't that big so there wasn't much time to rest in between turns. Also the owner forgot to start the timer for a good 2 minutes so we did it for at least 10 minutes.
It was tough!
Now I am out to dinner with my husband and I plan to eat, drink, and be merry. I've earned. I had 3 tough workouts this week. I'm drinking a mojito and it is delicious! Not sure what I'm ordering. I'm thinking about the prosciutto carbonara. We shall see!
