I am attached to my cars.

In my lifetime, I just owned three cars.
The first car that I had was a red Toyota Corona. I had this car for 10 years. I used it to take my kids to and from school, get the groceries and travel to other places. I just sold it cheap to my friend when I had to leave to migrate to another country.
My second car was a Mitsubishi sedan, the Color was golden. When I migrated, I didn't get a car until two years of settling to my new place. I just used this car for simple errands around my suburb, drove it to the car park for public transport, I preferred using the train when travelling to work. This car broke down after 7 years, so I replaced it with a...
Yellow Honda Jazz, a small car. I still have this car and it's now 10 years since I bought it. It's still reliable, but I thought of replacing it next year.
It's hard for me to replace my car as I feel attached to them.
Do you have a car? And do you feel an emotional attachment to it too?

My husband had many cars, I do not drive, but I considered some of his "small" cars as mine. I have been attached to his Fiat 500, to a Mini Morris and to the Ford Fiesta that we kept 17 years. I was so sad when he sold the car last year.

My aunt has a Toyota Vios and it was used also by my family for bonding time. They need to sell it when they migrate to Australia. Sad for us we won't have a car anymore

I used to own a Honda Accord. It was a gift from my Dad. I sold it 2 years ago because I don't use it and I prefer taking public transportation. It saves me a lot of money.

Yes, maintaining a car is quite expensive. It's a necessity here as public transport is unreliable.

Like your son... hahaha! I can't compare it to my son though, as the son is moody and my car is like a pet.

I don't have a Car, I don't even know how to drive. It's kinda impractical for me to have a car now a days.

I won't have a car myself as it's very expensive to maintain. I prefer the public transport but it's a long walk to the bus stop

I don't have personal one yet.
But we've a family car n i so love it. I keep it clean n beautiful because I'm attached to it too. I can't see dirt on it at all.... It's my friend actually, i spend much time in it... The black colour of the car was selected by me.
