INCREDIBLE INDIANS

As we know big big companies likke Microsoft ,Google have Indians in CEO posts....In NASA,there are also indians who are in high posts....they make some biggest and famous projects possible ...but why in INDIA they are not working...What is the problem in India so that most of the genius humans of India are going to abroad to make their.....Isn't it possible to make their career in India ???? Why they are not interested to develop their own native country instead of developing other countries ?????This is a great issue in India .....So how can we implement it so as to be make possible the development of our country ..??

Although i am not from india we do have this problem in my country too. I think that people do not get the support they need in their home country and also tge salaries are much higher abroad. Those motivate them to leave

I also thought about it so many times then I came to the conclusion... Because of politics. Actually these politicians have made the system so painfully that nobody wants to stay here . Even for the simple things you have to struggle a lot. Corruption and poverty has made the situation even worst. So just pry the situation to change.

Those who are on top of companies you mentioned ,are not Indian any more.They use their Indian origination for their marketing purpose alone.Now the real question- why they do not do big in India?:My personal opinion is that we do not explore our self that what we are good at- means what are are our inherent qualities?We imitate we do not create.I do not think that an MBA can do better here by reading Peter Drucker. American business model is quite different to that of ours because we are different People.
