Hello ! So, it was a normal Friday and I was coming back home from a long shopping trip. My cab driver was driving rashly and I had warned him a couple of times before, when suddenly just on the traffic crossing near my place, the driver took a sharp turn and my phone fell out of the window..ON THE ROAD ! [Please don't ask me how all this happened, I am still in shock about all this]. Everything happened soo quickly...before I could tell the driver to stop so that I could pick up my phone..another car ran over it ! :'( Like I literally saw a Range Rover run over my beloved phone. I was emotionally attached to that phone..because I bought it for myself from my first salary ! It was pretty expensive for me at that time....I prebooked my Samasung Galaxy S6, and I was happy that stuck to a phone for 2 years now. I have just come back from service center. They told me that will only be able to inform me tomorrow evening..And the repairs are going to be pretty expensive. :'( Such a sad and expensive beginning to my weekend !!

I am sorry to hear that. If the repare is so expensive, perhaps it is better to buy a new phone. Today the phone is not so expensive any more. Perhaps you can try another brand.

maybe don't get it repaired and buy a new one instead? I've got the cheapest smart phone I could find but my family all have the very latest iphones...they get them on contract and insure them so if they break or get broken they are replaced. I'm pretty sure each of their phones is around 600 pounds My phone was 40 pounds

@Mike197602 But I loved it...and I don't think I'll be able to manage with anything less than that :(

This is why I usually try not to spend over a hundred dollars on a phone. I got a new one last night for $40. May not be the fanciest but it's still an android and a pretty great little phone.
