I can't say all of them, but "Circle Of Life" (The Lion King) is in it.

I like Sarah Bareilles, but I've not listened to her music in depth like that. Sinatra is king though. i can only wish My Way represented my life

Wow. Just too many to name. Technically speaking, every song you've ever heard comprise the soundtrack of your life, even if it means a bad song that you trip over furniture as you run to the radio to turn it off!
As for the things that moved, and continue to move, me, a peculiar mix of old country (old and country -- think Buck Owens or Hank Williams), college rock, and a little Clash thrown in for good measure.

@stacysdeadright -- Clash, not Cash (although I do love Johnny, too....I remember watching his TV show when I was a kid). I think my original answer stemmed from the notion that people change favorite songs like they change socks. My favorite song has been "Dark As a Dungeon" by Merle Travis for, oh, 35 years.

Good comment. I guess for some, specifying every song that you've ever loved is not necessary. I get the point. I can dig Cash and the College rock, can't say I'm too big a fan of most country.

No I haven't but I have the term used before in a debate. I am unsure if it refers to Hindu or Islam at the moment. Are you talking about music that has a high vibration?

Mostly I prefer Bollywood songs. Kal Ho Na Ho title track by Sonu Nigam is the most iconic song in my life. The song tells about life and love. There's a line in the song which says that- The one who loves you wholeheartedly/ Is very difficult to come by/ If there is someone like that somewhere/She is the most beautiful /You may hold her hand/She may not be there tomorrow
