Last 3 days at work / myLot

I am leaving my job this month. The notice period will be over on 29th March. This is one place which I will be so happy to leave. I am counting days when I will stop reporting at work here in the morning. The reason is that the HR policies here are so anti-employees.

@swalia that's not good you should have find a job then should have resigned as it's not easy to find a job so early. Anyways sometimes you may so much stressed by the job that you have to take such an impulsive decision.

No, I haven't...I know it's stupid to leave a job till you have another in hand but sometimes you just can't handle the stress.

Which place you are working? What are the hr policies you feel are against employees?

Everything...from leave to punctuality...to salary. They pay their salaries by 15th of every month. And they require three months notice period in case someone wants to quit. One month salary is deducted as security and is given only if someone completes the notice period.

@swalia we also have the same policy for people who leave the company. The best thing about my organisation is that they pay on 30th or 31st of every month.

@sjvg1976 This is the problem here. They want employees to be in their clutches always and that's why such delayed salaries.

If this decision makes you happy then its the right one. I hope you find a better job soon. Sometimes companies makes such rules and they seem unaware that the same rules are making the employees flee
